I provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults in Seattle and throughout Washington State via secure telehealth. My practice focuses on evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and substance use concerns.

To begin the consultation process, please complete the form below. After reviewing your submission, I will follow up by email with next steps, which include scheduling a brief 15-minute telephone consultation to see if we are a good fit.

This initial review helps ensure that your clinical needs align with the services offered in my practice.

Practice Information

  • I am licensed to practice medicine in Washington, Maryland, and California.

  • I provide treatment to patients physically located in one of these states at the time of service.

  • Appointments are primarily conducted via secure telehealth. I maintain a Seattle office and may recommend at least one in-person visit when clinically appropriate.

  • I treat adults ages 18–60.

  • I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy when clinically indicated.

  • Prescribing practices comply with applicable state and federal regulations.

Fees:

  • I am currently in the process of credentialing with several insurance plans. Until credentialing is finalized, services are provided on a self-pay basis.

  • For patients who have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.

  • Current fee schedule:

    • 120-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation: $845

    • 90-minute evaluation (when clinically appropriate): $645

    • 50-minute follow-up appointment: $420

    • 25-minute follow-up appointment: $295

Frequency of Appointments:

  • Following the initial evaluation, follow-up frequency is determined based on clinical needs and treatment plan.

  • Many patients are seen every 2–4 weeks during the early phase of treatment. As stability improves, visits may occur less frequently.

  • When psychotherapy is part of treatment, appointments may occur more regularly.

  • All patients are seen at clinically appropriate intervals to ensure safe and effective care.

Consultation Process

  • After receiving your completed form, I will review the information provided. I will then follow up by email regarding next steps, which may include scheduling a brief 15-minute telephone consultation.

  • The purpose of that call is to clarify treatment goals, review logistics, and determine whether my practice may be an appropriate for you.
