Practice Information
I am licensed to practice medicine in Washington, Maryland, and California.
I provide treatment to patients physically located in one of these states at the time of service.
Appointments are primarily conducted via secure telehealth. I maintain a Seattle office and may recommend at least one in-person visit when clinically appropriate.
I treat adults ages 18–60.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy when clinically indicated.
Prescribing practices comply with applicable state and federal regulations.
Fees:
I am currently in the process of credentialing with several insurance plans. Until credentialing is finalized, services are provided on a self-pay basis.
For patients who have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Current fee schedule:
120-minute comprehensive psychiatric evaluation: $845
90-minute evaluation (when clinically appropriate): $645
50-minute follow-up appointment: $420
25-minute follow-up appointment: $295
Frequency of Appointments:
Following the initial evaluation, follow-up frequency is determined based on clinical needs and treatment plan.
Many patients are seen every 2–4 weeks during the early phase of treatment. As stability improves, visits may occur less frequently.
When psychotherapy is part of treatment, appointments may occur more regularly.
All patients are seen at clinically appropriate intervals to ensure safe and effective care.
